We came here on a whim and we were pleasantly suprised starting with our waitress her name was Kyla and she was such a gem she was so funny we were laughing so hard with such good jokes next the food I didn’t know chili had game like this WOW the mozzarella sticks cheese pull was amazing there wings were surprisingly really tasty I loved the buffalo sauce ranch was great the big bites (little burger) could maybe be a pass but there still good. The ribeye was a little fatty but not bad the meat was cooked correct at medium the asparagus was VERY YUMMY and so was the mash my partner DEVOURED The crispys honey chipotle 10 out of 10 back to our server Kyla she was so so sweet always made sure to check on us made sure we had everything we needed they didn’t have a busser due to short staff but the queen Kyla was doing it all she’s such a rockstar and she really made our experience more special we will be back for Kyla!

My friend and I meet here often even though it’s out of both our ways because the staff here is amazing. Every single person is so kind and responsive, delivering amazing service. On holidays the staff will dress in colors that match the holiday and have the cutest glitter makeup, which makes the experience so much better. Our server on Valentine’s day, Mackenzie, went above and beyond and was the highlight of our night (we will be back on the nights she works just to sit in her section). Thank you everyone for always making our experience one of a kind :)

Pleasantly surprised by the food. I have a childhood core memory of despising Chili's food. Finally gave it another chance all these years later and am glad I did. Phenomenal burger, great service. Hope they keep this up.

Michelle, our server, was AMAZING! She's welcoming, friendly, very attentive and sweet! Top tier service! When I visit next, I'll ask to be seated in her section! The food was great as well! Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the asparagus was great and the chips and salsa appetizer is a MUST! A wonderful after school snack for the grandson and I with excellent service!

Staff was attentive, friendly, efficient and good at what they do! Our server was amazing and I'm very thankful for how they treated us tonight! We will happily spend our money at this chilis.

We went here with family and friends and honestly had such a great time. We were seated right away and our server, Jeanette, was amazing. She kept drinks filled without us even noticing, was so sweet to my 8-year-old, and had that perfect balance of checking in without hovering. Huge kudos to her! The food came out fast and everything was spot-on. I had a salad and, of course, chips and salsa (those warm chips are my weakness). Around the table, people ordered ribs, cheeseburger sliders, chicken tenders, you name it and everyone was happy. People love to bag on Chili’s, but honestly? I really like it. Sometimes comfort food done well just hits the spot.

Wow—where do I even begin? My recent visit to Chili's Grill and Bar in Vista was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The food? Next level! We started with the classic Chips and Salsa—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and downright addictive. For our main course, we indulged in the sizzling Fajitas, and let me tell you, the aroma alone was worth the visit! Every bite was a fiesta of flavors. And don’t even get me started on the Molten Chocolate Cake—decadent, gooey, and pure dessert bliss! The service was just as impressive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs. It’s clear the team here takes pride in what they do, and it shows. Special shoutout to Dagney and the rest of management for keeping everything running smoothly—the restaurant was buzzing, and yet everything felt perfectly in sync. If you're looking for a place with delicious food, outstanding service, and a vibe that makes you want to stay awhile, look no further than Chili's in Vista.
